Vintage Salad (gf)

Artisan greens, toasted walnuts, fresh strawberries, grapes, honey lime vinaigrette + local goat cheese from ‘Happy Valley Farms’


  • Hand cut, mixed organic lettuces + greens
  • Honey lime vinaigrette
  • Sliced strawberries (seasonally shifts to apples)
  • Local Goat Cheese from Happy Valley Farm
  • Toasted walnuts
  • Side, starter, soup and salad or grande options will determine plate size /shape

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare/chop whole head greens each morning for service

Step 2: Toss hand cut greens and dressing in a stainless steel bowl until evenly coated

Step 3: Garnish with grapes, walnuts + crumbled goat cheese

Step 4: finish with sliced strawberries (or apples in offseason) ensure quality is great
