Chili Chicken (gf)

Sweet + spicy glazed chicken, on crispy togarashi dusted rice noodles, with sliced cucumber + sesame seeds


  • 8 ounces of Rossdown Farms chicken breast, cubed
  • Gluten free potato starch
  • House made sweet and sour sauce
  • Sliced half-moons of cucumber
  • Togarashi dusted, crispy fried rice noodles
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
  • Medium shear bowl

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Coat chicken with potato starch (gf), deep fry

Step 2: Heat sweet and sour sauce in wok

Step 3: Toss crispy chicken in sauce until perfect

Step 4: In the bottom of a medium bowl place togarashi dusted, crispy fried rice noodles

Step 5: Add chicken sauté + cucumber half moons

Step 6: Garnish with green onion and finish with sesame seeds
