Ingredients:

  • Certified Angus Beef twelve ounce New York, seasoned with Montreal steak spice, finished with garlic butter
  • Kobe-Shi (whipped beef tallow)
  • Natural red wine demi glace (reduced beef stock)
  • Red jacket mashed potatoes
  • Locally sourced, seasonal vegetables
  • Large square plate

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Season steak on grill with salt and pepper

Step 2: Cook to desired doneness, brush with garlic butter, season with Montreal steak spice, allow to rest for 1 to 2 minutes

Step 3: Plate mashed in center, vegetables on one side of mashed, steak hinged on other side of mashed, sauce napped on leading edge of steak, finish with a slice of kobe-shi

Step 4: Serve
