  • BBQ braised, pulled short rib
  • Three quarters of a slice of swiss
  • Peppercorn mayo
  • Crispy shoestring potato hay
  • Three mini pretzel buns from Nature’s Oven
  • Medium rectangle

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Warm short ribs in a sauté pan,

Step 2: Slice buns and toast

Step 3: Peppercorn mayo each side of buns

Step 4: Distribute short ribs on to bottoms of 3 buns

Step 5: Top with Swiss cheese and melt

Step 6: Garnish with potato hay and add top of buns
