Ingredients:

  • House pesto sauce on a naan flatbread
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Roasted chorizo sausage (pork, gluten free)
  • Feta cheese
  • Medium rectangle plate
  • Finish with pesto glistened arugula and a drizzle of balsamic reduction

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Build flatbread in order

Step 2: Bake for 4 minutes in a 400F convection oven

Step 3: Ensure a perfect golden colour, no burnt edges

Step 4: Slice into six

Step 5: Drizzle balsamic reduction across the arugula to finish
