Pineapple Express (GF)

sweet + spicy glazed chicken, fresh pineapple + crispy shoestring potato


  • 8 ounces of sliced bc chicken breast
  • Gluten free all-purpose flour
  • House made sweet and sour sauce
  • Diced fresh pineapple
  • Crispy shoestring potato hay
  • Green onion and sesame seed to garnish
  • Medium shear bowl

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Coat chicken with gluten free flour, deep fry

Step 2: Heat sweet and sour sauce in wok

Step 3: Toss crispy chicken in sauce until perfect

Step 4: In a medium bowl add potato hay

Step 5: Layer with chicken sauté + diced pineapple

Step 6: Garnish with green onion and finish with sesame seeds
