Certified Angus beef, gorgonzola dressing, crispy firecracker onions (gf), vine-ripened tomato, baby arugula, pickles + peppercorn mayo


  • Toasted brioche bun
  • Certified Angus Beef, six ounce ground chuck steak burger patty, one side dredged in coarse black peppercorns
  • Blue cheese sauce (gorgonzola, parmesan dressing)
  • Peppercorn mayo and two slices of pickles
  • Seasoned arugula
  • Two slices vine ripened tomato
  • Crispy firecracker onions (all purpose flour + hot sauce, flash fry and season with salt and pepper)
  • Serve with appropriate sandwich side
  • Large rectangle plate

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Dredge one side of a burger patty with coarse peppercorns

Step 2: Sear burger patty, pepper side down on flat top or griddle, flip

Step 3: Toast brioche bun, brush both sides of bun with peppercorn mayo

Step 4: Place blue cheese sauce on top of finished burger, melt in oven, add crispy onions once melted

Step 5: Top of bun finished with seasoned arugula + tomato slices

Step 6: Bottom of bun finished with 2 pickle slices

Step 7: Finish bun assembly, hold with a frill pick
