  • Imported Pappardelle noodles (wider fettuccini style noodles)
  • Alfredo sauce (cream, garlic, shallots, white wine, milk, parmesan)
  • Pesto (oil, garlic, parmesan, spinach + arugula)
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Baby arugula
  • Grana padano parmesan to garnish
  • Large shear bowl

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Heat pesto sauce in a sauté pan

Step 2: add grape tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, add alfredo sauce

Step 3: add one portion of cooked Pappardelle noodles, heat

Step 4: add baby arugula to finish in pan

Step 5: twist noodles while plating into a large shear bowl

Step 6: garnish with grana padano parmesan
