Ingredients:

  • Sliced Ocean Wise Ahi Tuna
  • Crispy gyoza chips
  • Brunoise (small dice) watermelon
  • Brunoise cucumber
  • Crisp sunomono slaw
  • Cilantro vinaigrette, sriracha + sesame seeds

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Place sunomono slaw in bottom of a angled bowl

Step 2: Layer of crispy gyoza, tuna, watermelon + cucumber

Step 3: Top with another layer of crispy gyoza, tuna, watermelon + cucumber

Step 4: Drizzle top with cilantro vinaigrette + sriracha

Step 5: Garnish with sesame seeds
