  • Miso Honey Glazed, Ocean Wise Black Cod
  • Miso risotto finished with coconut milk, locally sourced vegetables, thyme butter finish

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Sear cod on skin side, flip, season with salt and pepper

Step 2: Brush with miso honey glaze, oven roast, allow to rest

Step 3: Plate risotto, vegetables on one side, paint brush blueberry gastrique for presentation
