Certified Angus beef, mushrooms deglazed with demi-glace, melting Swiss, banana peppers, potato hay + peppercorn mayo


  • Toasted brioche bun
  • Certified Angus Beef, six ounce ground chuck steak burger patty, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • Sautéed mushrooms finished with demi-glace
  • Peppercorn mayo
  • Banana peppers
  • Crispy potato hay
  • Serve with appropriate sandwich side

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Sear burger patty on flat top or griddle, season with salt and pepper, flip

Step 2: Toast brioche bun, brush both sides of bun with peppercorn mayo

Step 3: Sauté mushrooms in oil, season w salt + pepper, demi-glace and add to patty + Swiss Cheese and melt.

Step 4: load heal of bun with melted patty, add banana peppers + potato hay

Step 5: Finish bun assembly, hold together with a frill pick
