Pan-fried pork dumplings, sweet soy glaze, sriracha + cilantro vinaigrette


  • One portion of 8 gyoza (pork and chicken)
  • Vegetable oil
  • Sriracha (Vietnamese hot sauce)
  • Cilantro Vinaigrette (cooling contrast)
  • Drizzle of ginger soy stir-fry sauce
  • Sesame seeds to finish
  • Medium rectangle plate
  • Offer chopsticks upon taking order

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Pre heat Teflon pan with vegetable oil

Step 2: Sear one side of gyoza for 1 minute, flip and sear

Step 3: Once golden, add 1 oz water and cover to steam

Step 4: On a medium rectangle, paint sriracha and cilantro vin

Step 5: Garnish with sweet soy glaze + sesame seeds
