Flour tortillas, avocado salsa, Basmati rice, crisp slaw, gluten free tempura, ocean wise Basa + sweet soy glaze


  • Two flour tortillas (butter lettuce leaves for Gluten Free option)
  • Coconut infused rice
  • Crisp Slaw (Sunomono vinegar, red + white cabbage, carrots, pickled onion, cucumber + cilantro)
  • Avocado salsa
  • Ocean wise Basa, house tempura fried (Gluten Free)
  • Ginger-soy stir-fry sauce
  • Black + white sesame seeds
  • Medium rectangle plate with stainless steel stand
  • Cilantro vinaigrette on the side

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Place flour tortillas in stainless steel rack, spread avocado salsa along the bottom

Step 2: Heat rice portion, place evenly into both tortillas on top of avocado salsa, topping with avocado salsa + Sunomono slaw

Step 3: Place taco rack on rectangle plate, add ramekin of cilantro vinaigrette

Step 4: Carefully place protein onto taco

Step 5: Drizzle stir-fry sauce + finish w sesame seeds

** Guest may add a side mixed greens or Caesar salad for a nominal charge, to make this a meal.
