House smoked Bay Scallop with candied bacon + micro greens tossed in a sesame orange vinaigrette on a spiced tuile.
Classic Caesar with orange peel + cucumber infused Skyy Vodka, house crafted clamato, cucumber cilantro pesto, cilantro salt rim finished with orange zest + freshly grated horseradish.
Devouris a culinary stage for Kelowna’s best restaurants, chefs and mixologists as well as winemakers and wineries. It’s one of the best showcases in our region and we are honoured to participate yearly. We always meet new people from our industry along with both current and potential customers.
