Cheddar Burger

Certified Angus beef, Scotty’s fancy mustard sauce, mayo, baby arugula, vine-ripened tomato, pickles + red onion


  • Toasted brioche bun
  • Certified Angus Beef, six ounce ground chuck steak burger patty, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • Mayonnaise and two slices of pickles
  • Scotty’s fancy mustard sauce (yellow mustard, ketchup, pickle, onion + mayo)
  • Seasoned arugula
  • Two slices vine ripened tomato
  • One slice of Okanagan cheddar
  • Serve with appropriate sandwich side
  • Large rectangle plate

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Sear burger patty on flat top or griddle, season with salt and pepper, flip

Step 2: Toast brioche bun, brush top of bun with mayo, the bottom side with fancy mustard sauce and two slices of pickles red onion

Step 3: Place cheddar on top of finished burger, melt in oven

Step 4: Top of bun finished with seasoned arugula + tomato slices

Step 5: Finish bun assembly and hold with a frill pick
