Our kitchen team has been working overtime again creating new taste delights. Spice up your lunch or dinner with this one. It’s yummy good, flavourful and satisfying. An Asian influenced salad and here’s how we make it.

Ingredients:

  • Crisp romaine
  • Sunomono slaw
  • Crispy Farkay noodles
  • Ginger Wasabi vinaigrette
  • Pickled ginger
  • Eel sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Crispy tempura prawns

Directions:

  1. Combine romaine lettuce with Sunomono slaw and Farkay noodles in a bowl, quantities according to number of servings required and personal taste
  2. Toss with Wasabi vinaigrette
  3. Garnish with pickled ginger, eel sauce and sesame seeds to taste
  4. Add crispy tempura prawns (you decide how many per serving)
